Happy Valentine's Day!

February 14th is the day we in the U.S. celebrate love. On this Valentine’s Day, I have set up a big Happy Valentine's balloon in my office and prepared lots chocolates, candy, all the sweets to my children teachers, colleagues and kids friends. This is the good time to send the love message to the people that we care in life.

My family will go to Hollywood Pantages Theater to watch the Phantom's of the Opera at Valentine's weekend. At this down turn of the economy, let’s all keep ourselves happy, healthy and stay calm is a smart choice.

The weather at this time in Southern California is so gorgeous. We have quite heavy snow on the mountain and after a whole week rain last week; the sky is even more blue and white. The giant palm trees in front of my office window are even greener now. The temperature is down to 40F to 55F in the day time this week. But I really enjoy this kind of the weather though. When I sat inside the office, watched the heavy rain, the wind was blowing the tree branches, I feel the resistless power of the Mother Nature. Life is beautiful as long as we keep our life simple. Today is the 2nd sunny day in this week; I heard there's another storm coming tomorrow again.

My three children are growing too fast. Charles is at 7th Grade; Andrew is at 5th grade, and my baby girl Nellie is now at 4th grade. They still require lots of attention from parents. Our family sport is play golf. We play golf with a professional coach for two years, every weekend we have a meet up with him at the golf court. Our children like it. Charles & Andrew are in Black belt 1st Dan racking at Tae Kwon Dow. Nellie is Black Red Belt and going to be Black belt this April. They have been work out in this sport for over 4 years.

Charles is playing violin in middle school's orchestra. He already learned to play violin for two and half years, since September, 2006. Andrew is ready to go to middle school this summer and also wants to become the member of the orchestra. He is a cello player since Feb, 2007. So do Nellie. She requested to start her violin lesson in March, 2008. She still continues playing piano at the same time. She wants to join the orchestra one year later when she goes to middle school. As usual, Edward & I, we work hard during working hour and spend as much time as we could with kids when we are home.

Life is beautiful and busy here at the Kwang’s family. Warm regards to you & happy Valentine's Day.
